Look up your login. The vault is pump.fun's GitHub fee account for your numeric user ID. The balance below is read straight from Solana.
Sign in with GitHub on pump.fun. pump.fun checks you own the account and links a wallet to it.
Claim. The fees move from the vault to your wallet. Nobody else can take them, and gitted never touches them.

Every pump.fun coin pays creator fees to someone. gitted makes that someone a GitHub account. You pick a login, launch on pump.fun, and the coin's creator fees route to that developer's vault, where they wait until the developer claims. They don't have to know, sign up or agree for the fees to start collecting. They only have to prove who they are to take them out.

A coin launched for a developer is not endorsed by them. Anyone can name any login.
gitted is a front end for pump.fun's own instructions. If pump.fun changes how GitHub claims work, that applies here too.
